If you purchase an Eco-Me cleaning product and are not satisfied with how it cleans in your home. We will refund your money within
7 days from your date of purchase. It's simple: Take a photo of your receipt and the product, tell us where you bought it and why you aren't happy. We'll send you a refund for the cost of the product. That's how confident we are in the Eco-Me brand.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Online orders are processed and packed within 3 business days. Your order will be set up to ship UPS ground, unless otherwise specified in your order. Eco-Me ships from California. Local customers should receive their orders within 3 business days after processed and packed, while customers located outside of California will receive their orders in 5 business days after processed and packed.
At this time we do not ship outside the USA for retail orders.
HELP, MY BOTTLE LOOKS "DENTED"
Eco-Me relies on pure plant, steam distilled essential oils for natural scent, anti-bacterial and added cleaning properties as well as natural preservatives. Essential oils are celebrated for being "oxygen scavengers" which means they are guarding our products from any oxidation and in return the bottles some times shift as the essential oils are doing their magic! Usually when you open the bottle and introduce air it pops back into shape, other times the labels keep the bottles in their new unique shape. Celebrate that Eco-Me products are all natural and know you are getting the very best ingredients for a safe, healthy and clean home. HELP, MY HAND SOAP PUMP IS CLOGGED
Eco-Me Mia Hand Soaps may occasionally get clogged, don't worry this is natural. Our hand soaps are made with healthy castile soaps from plant oils (olive, jojoba...), unlike many foamer soaps that are made from chemical solvents. Therefore the oils may cluster and fill in the top of your foamer pump. Simply take a toothpick or similar object and carefully clear the opening and run under warm water to loosen any deeper accumulated soap.

Eco-Me does not use any chemicals or surfactants, no parabens, no SLS/SLES/ALS or any other chemical listed as unsafe or harmful by the EWG.org (check out their great website on our partners page)

ARE ECO-ME PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS OR USE ANIMAL BI-PRODUCTS?
Eco-Me does not test on animals, our products are considered vegan meaning the ingredients we use have no
animal bi-products. Eco-Me products are PETA Approved and LEAPING BUNNY Certified for no animal testing or animal cruelty.
