Once you make a purchase, your order will leave our warehouse promptly, generally within 3 business days. Cost of shipment will be calculated during purchase and check out. If we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item, you can purchase it and wait for notification upon its availability or send us an email requesting that we notify you when it is back in stock. In most cases, products that are on back order ship within 1-2 weeks. You will receive an email notification confirming your order as well as an email with your UPS shipment information so you can keep track of your order.
All orders are shipped UPS. Shipments cannot be delivered to Post
Office Boxes or outside of the United States & Canada. As indicated
in our Terms And Conditions, all items are shipped f.o.b. our warehouse,
meaning that title to such items as well as the risk of loss pass to
you upon delivery to the carrier. Orders will be shipped same day for orders placed before 12pm PST, orders received after this time frame will be processed and shipped the following business day. For orders place over the weekend on a Saturday or Sunday, processing and shipments will be sent out the following Monday.
All pricing is subject to change without notice, and is considered final at the time of your purchase. We unfortunately can not honor lower price requests if the price is subsequently discounted by us or offered at a lower rate by another retailer.
As required by law, all items shipped to addresses within the state of California will be taxed at 9.75%. No sales tax will be applied to items that are shipped outside of California.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original condition within 14 days from the ship date. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that have been used or opened. Oil kits must be in sealed original packaging and returned with all other items and packaging materials in unused condition in order to qualify for a refund. All acceptable refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the purchase less shipping costs. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive the item to inspect the contents and process your return and refund.
In order to return your purchase, please follow the following procedures:
1. You must contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Upon receipt of your RMA, place the items to be returned (oil kits in sealed original packaging and all other items and packaging materials in unused condition) in an appropriate shipping box.
3. Affix a shipping label to the box addressed as follows:

For your protection, we suggest shipping your return using a service that will insure the worth of the product and allow for a traceable shipment. We do not pay postage on return shipments and are unable to credit original shipping costs. Original invoices must be included in the return shipment.
